Gregory Chambaz brings together a unique combination of military precision, elite sporting performance, and creative strategy.

 

As a former Captain in the Swiss Army,

he initially led the mechanised grenadier special forces before specialising in nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) operations. This solid foundation in discipline and leadership continues to shape his strategic thinking.

 

On the international stage, Gregory first made his mark as a professional tennis player. He later trained at the Swiss School of Sports in Macolin, before leading the Olympic alpine skiing team and the Swiss Paralympic Federation for winter sports. He excelled in strategic planning, personnel management, long-term vision management, and budget oversight. Gregory also participated in the Beijing Paralympic Games.

 

In 2022, he founded Same Group in Crans-Montana,Switzerland and enriched by the vibrant energy of Bermuda. The agency’s name reflects its pillars: Sports, Advertising, M(art)keting, and Events, all united by a vision to create authentic and impactful experiences. Under his leadership, Same Group is dedicated to activating brands, athletes, and ideas across continents, transforming concepts into immersive realities.

 

Gregory believes that human connection, creative boldness, and strategic excellence are vital to success. He is committed to establishing lasting and meaningful relationships with both clients and partners. Zoë

Mulholland

Office Manager & PR

 

Zoë was born and raised in Bermuda, where she developed a lifelong passion for both her island home and the sport of tennis.

 

Zoë’s love for tennis, sparked in her early years, eventually landing her an administrative role in the local tennis community. She served as Office Manager for the Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association, playing a key role in the development and promotion of the sport locally and working with Davis and Fed Cup players as well as ITF Juniors. Her dedication and expertise led to her joining the management team for the prestigious XL Bermuda Open, further cementing her commitment to sports event coordination.

 

Zoë’s corporate career, working in marketing and communications within City Hall for the Mayor’s office, helped to hone her skills in public engagement and strategic messaging.

 

An avid collector of local art, Zoë chaired a pilot program for Masterworks – The Young Friends of Masterworks - raising funds and introducing the next generation of art enthusiasts to the local art scene and sharing knowledge on how to curate their own collections.

 

Today, Zoë is thrilled to be part of the dynamic team at Same Group, where she is committed to bringing world-class sporting and arts events to Bermuda. Her unique blend of communication skills, organizational experience, and deep-rooted love for the island fuels her commitment to creating memorable, impactful events for the community.

Vargas

Creative director

 

Jo Vargas is a Swiss-Colombian-Honduran senior 360° creative and digital producer, as well as a visual artist, social network architect, smart products developer, streaming ads and Ai pioneer.

 

With over two decades of experience, he has worked with leading international agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and M&C Saatchi, producing international, confidential or political campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

 

Based in Switzerland, Jo collaborates closely with global brands on the Swiss market, and supports Swiss brands in their international expansion offering a multicultural perspective rooted in strategy, design and cultural fluency.

 

His work has been recognized with prestigious accolades, including two ISPO Awards and the Grand Prix of Swiss creativity, underscoring both his passion for excellence and his ability to innovate across disciplines.

 

Alongside his advertising practice, Jo maintains a strong interactivity in the contemporary art world.

 

From Medellín to Geneva, via Hong Kong, Tegucigalpa, Taipei, Stockholm, Paris or Zurich, he moves fluidly between worlds.
